I had john round to quote we full a full rip out of the front garden and convert to block paving. john himself is very profesional and keeps you updated all through the project. He came round every evening to make sure i was happy with the work so far, and pops in through the day to check all is going smoothly. The team work extremly hard, and acheived a great result. I even changed my mind on what i wanted three times after the guys had started but this wasnt an issue. i would highly recommend john and his team for anyone looking to get their driveway or patio done. great service throughout. i would definately use again for future projects. i will update with pictures

I recently moved home & decided that the grass as the front & side of my property had to go ! I called John who came to quote for the change I wanted. First impressions really count - John is very professional, courteous, helpful & listens to what you want. I was happy with the quotation & the little extra touches he was going to make to the area, it was just a matter of waiting 3/4 weeks for the work to be done. HOWEVER John called the very same day & suggested that he could fit my job in with another couple of jobs this Monday 12th August, he quoted me on Saturday 10th August - yes please !The work was done Monday & Tuesday - I was not home across those days however I have to say, the area was left pristine & John kept in touch with me throughout the whole time. I have to say that I am just so impressed with level of service provided to me. I contacted John at Advanced Drives & Patios back in 2022 to lay a porcelain patio at my property. I had a few quotes at the time but decided to go with John because of the great reviews I’d seen and John assured me that he takes a lot of pride in his jobs and would make sure we were happy.At the time we were undergoing a large renovation at the property and John and his team were incredibly accommodating to fit around the other works. The team worked incredibly hard and even helped clear some block paving from the garden at no extra cost. We were really pleased with the work but John assured us that if there were any problems they’d be back.Given the large excavations we had carried out as part of the renovations it was expected that some tiles would come loose given ground movement. John had his team came back a couple of times to fix some loose tiles but where he stands head and shoulders above the rest is that I’ve just had them back today (2 years after the works) to check the patio and reset 8 tiles which were a bit loose. John really does go above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend him and his team. His guarantee actually means something and he is always available to make sure everything has gone smoothly. Thank you John and Advanced!

John was one of 4 companies to provide a quote following our original contractor being unable to complete the work. From the 1st consultation John was forthcoming with ideas on how we could get the best from the patio area along with suggestions on how to stay within our alloted monies. The guys arrived early and worked non stop all day. I had a new drive laid, fencing, new turf and a raised flower bed, with all the work completed in under a week. We chose Advanced to completely redo our driveway and replace worn out decking with a patio as they had carried out work on quite a lot of houses in our area and the quality of their work is superb. John was great at helping us decide what we wanted, his guys were always on time and polite, they worked really hard and always cleared up at the end of the day. John came round every day to make sure we were happy with the work and the job was finished exactly when he said it would be. Once again, John and his team have come up trumps. I have had a lot of work done by John in the past and he has always done a good job. This time I have had the front lawns removed (full of weeds!) and then slate, with patio slabs, installed, with edging round the flower beds. All done in two days, the first team worked all day to remove the old lawn and soil and then the second team (Daniel and James) finished everything off. The area was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was taken away. I have no problems recommending John and his team for a good, quick, professional job.
Quality. That is the only word that comes to mind when reviewing this company.Without an ounce of exaggerating, I’m glad I chose them because they’ve completely transformed my front drive. Have a look at the ‘before and after’ drone shots I took.The front of my house looks even more beautiful now and it’s probably added value to it too now.I can tell that Johnny takes good care of his customers and it is admirable how he manages his business. Doing your driveway is a big purchase but he was a very fair man in negotiating and making sure that you’re left feeling happy. He will do everything it takes to make the finished job look excellent and not leave things looking half-decent. That’s what I mean by quality with these guys.He came to quote a few months ago, I wasn’t at home but he still called me to tell me the quote. Fastforward 3 months later, I called him and he came out again to make sure we were on the same page.The work was supposed to start 8th October but he brought it forward by a whole week. Perfect for me as it means I can park the guest’s cars for my daughter’s birthday party in a couple of days.The boys working on the patio are grafters and get on with the job without any complaints, they are worth their weight in gold. Bler who lays the patios was super fast and careful to cut the blocks up properly and fit them to look neat.Really appreciate the work that’s gone in this and I hope to see the driveway last for years. Absolutely Outstanding!I’ve never know anyone work harder than they guys did….They would turn up at 7.30am every morning, including the weekend and work at least 10 hours a day, sometimes longer, only stopping for lunch and John (the boss) would regularly drop round to check everything was going to plan. We were kept up to date every step of the way. Communication is key and they have shovels of it.We had our driveway paved with cobbles and the back garden was in a terrible state so we had it landscaped and at the end of the garden they’ve made a 6 meter by 6 metre concrete base for a cabin and we were absolutely blown away by the transformation and the attention to detail is second to none..I’ve added some photos and please note, it was all done in 6 days…..If anyone would like to come and see what they’ve then you’re very welcome to…….
John and his team did a great job on our driveway putting down lovely cobble block paving. They also laid sandstone paving in the back garden. They arrived on time and worked hard every day doing a very professional job. Extremely clean and tidy. John said it would take 3 days and it did!
